Leader Equip Workshop: Inside-Out Leadership

This workshop is open to anyone in the church who is interested or wants to grow as a leader, and it is expected for our group leaders and serve team leaders. We will meet via Zoom on May 2 from 9:00 AM -11:00 AM. We will have a leadership specialist who will teach along with a Q & A time, then Chris and Jeff will follow that with some application to our church and leadership. 

Guest Speaker

We are excited to have Bill Wellons, who is one of Pastor Jeff’s personal heroes and mentors, speak. Bill led one of the most influential churches in the country for 30 plus years and has since trained hundreds of church planters and pastors for the last 12 years. Bill is on our Elder Advisory Board, has preached at Redemption in the past, and loves our church. He’s also authored What Really Matters! The Seven Values of an Inside-Out Leader (Available on Amazon).
